BROWN DAY!

Some snapshots of Brown Day Show and Tell!

When we "celebrate" a color day at preschool, one thing I like the children to do is to order the colors, from darkest to lightest. I like that they need to use their brains a little bit to try and distinguish. We use my old Montessori color tiles to make the "graph" and the children place their item in the spot they think it fits best. As you can see from our photo, some of our little ones are still learning the concept, but they will get there. 

Today was BROWN day! I can't wait until next month to find out what new color we will explore?!?!?!
P.S. Can you tell I FINALLY got a new camera???!!!! Now I just need to learn the settings. Grrrrr.
